Component Inspection

Check MAF for contamination, deterioration, or damage.
Is MAF contaminated, deteriorated or damaged?
YES
1. Clean MAF with aerosol brake cleaner and let air dry before reinstalling.
2. Check air cleaner and housing for source of leak and repair as necessary.
3. If damaged or deteriorated, replace as necessary.
NO
1. Go to "SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.
