LOCK NUT REUSE PROHIBITED

This bulletin provides information relating to prohibiting the reuse of lock nuts when they are removed from the Power Steering, Front or Rear Suspension or engine sub-frame assembly on ALL Kia products.

Reuse of lock nuts may NOT provide the proper locking force as designed and may cause the lock nuts to become loose.

All lock nuts once they are removed (from any of the above assemblies) MUST be discarded and replaced with a NEW lock nut.
