Draining-Diesel Exhaust Fluid Tank
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Disconnect the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) fill tube from the tank.
- Using a commercially available hand vacuum pump, drain the DEF tank into a proper storage tank.
