Standard Procedure - Power Liftgate Learn/Relearn Procedure

Using the diagnostic scan tool, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the Power Liftgate Control Module (PLGM) "Misc Functions" menu.
- Select and run the "Calibrate Liftgate" routine.
