  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

  2. Using trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, carefully separate the two mirror covers (2), by splitting the seam (1).

  3. Disconnect the light rain sensor wiring harness connector (1).
  4. Remove the retaining clip (2a) by releasing the side hooks, inserting a screwdriver in the openings (2b).
  5. Remove the light rain sensor (3a) from the housing (3b) on the windscreen.
