Diagnostic Test

CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMMING ERROR 

NOTE:

This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is set to inform the technician that the Transmission Control Module (TCM) is programmed with generic software and must be reprogrammed with vehicle specific software.

  1. Perform the TCM PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

    Verify that the controller updated successfully.

    Test complete
