(F100) FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT (RUN) CIRCUIT OPEN
(F100) FUSED RUN RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER (ORC)
