  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Using trim stick C-4755 or equivalent (1), remove the rear A/C-heater control (2) from the bezel (3) located on the right interior quarter trim panel (4), by releasing the retainer clips from the trim panel.
  3. Disconnect the wire harness connectors from the rear A/C-heater control and remove the control from the vehicle.
