Body - Interior & Exterior: Liftgate: Panel-Trim: Installation

Check to be certain that the push-in plastic fasteners are properly installed and in good condition on the inside of the trim panel.
Connect the courtesy lamp (1) electrical connector (2)

Using hand pressure, press firmly and evenly on the trim panel (1) over each of the push-in plastic fastener locations until the fasteners are fully engaged in the holes on the inside of the liftgate.
Install and tighten the five screws (3) that secure the trim panel to the inside of the liftgate.
Connect the battery negative cable.
