Transmission and converter assembly capacities listed in TRANSMISSION REFILL CAPACITIES  are approximate. Correct fluid level should be determined by the mark on the dipstick rather than the amount of fluid added. The converter used in Jeep models may be drained and refilled during regular transmission service.
