KICKDOWN Switch
- Turn ignition switch to ON position. Ensure 12 volts exist at input terminal of kickdown switch (Green cable). Connect grounded test light to output terminal (Green/White) of switch. See Fig 1 .
- Fully depress throttle pedal. If test light fails to illuminate, release throttle pedal and gently depress switch arm. If test light still fails to illuminate, replace switch.
- If test light illuminates when switch arm is depressed, loosen securing bolts and move switch toward cable until test light illuminates at full throttle opening. Tighten securing bolts, and recheck adjustment.
