Throttle Position Switch (TPS) (XJS)

The TPS is located at rear of right cylinder head. With engine off, open throttle to wide open position. Loosen TPS retaining screws and adjust TPS so that the contacts are closed. Tighten retaining screws and release throttle. Recheck TPS operation.
