Vacuum Pump: Service and Repair

VACUUM PUMP
- Open the bonnet and fit wing protection.





- Disconnect the vacuum pump harness multi-plug (1 Fig. 1).
- Disconnect the vacuum hose (2 Fig. 1) from the vacuum pump.
- Remove the vacuum pump mounting screws (3 Fig. 1).
- Displace and remove the vacuum pump (4 Fig. 1).
- Fit and align the replacement vacuum pump to mounting position.
- Fit and tighten vacuum pump securing screws.
- Connect vacuum pump harness multi-plug.
- Connect vacuum hose.
- Remove wing covers and close bonnet.
