Service Information

All new 2002 Axioms will have a removable sticker on the MID Unit Display Unit that clearly states the following:

This sticker to be removed by the customer only
At low ambient temperature the MID screen may appear dim
As cabin temperature rises the MID screen will return to full illumination

This dim condition at low ambient temperature is a characteristic for this type of liquid crystal display. No repairs should be attempted. This sticker should not be removed during In-Depth delivery or PDI. The customer should be made aware that this is a normal function of the MID display screen.
