Mode Switch
Place selector lever in "N" position. Remove selector lever from mode switch. Remove cover from mode switch. Loosen switch mounting bolts. Align slot in switch housing with slot in selector shaft bushing. See Fig 1 . Insert 0.09" (2.4 mm) diameter alignment pin into both ports and rotate switch body to feel for proper alignment. Tighten 2 mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Remove alignment pins before moving selector lever.
