Shift Linkage

  1. Loosen shift control rod adjusting nuts on transmission end of shift linkage. Turn transmission manual shaft so it is in Neutral position.
  2. Ensure gearshift lever is in "N" position. Tighten adjusting nuts. Road test vehicle. Ensure shift lever moves properly and transmission operates smoothly.
