Panic alarm does not operate when press the PANIC ALARM button of ignition key.
- CHECK REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION
Press the LOCK button of ignition key.
Are all doors LOCKED?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Check remote keyless entry function. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .
- CHECK HEADLAMP FUNCTION
Check headlamp function.
Refer to Component Function Check .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 3.
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK HORN FUNCTION
Check horn function.
Refer to Component Function Check .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 4.
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- REPLACE BCM
Replace BCM. Refer to BCM : Removal & Installation .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
