Possible Causes

Malfunction is detected when almost zero MPH signal is sent to ECM while vehicle is moving. Possible causes are:

CAN communication line open or shorted.
Vehicle speed sensor signal circuit is open or shorted.
Defective VDC/TCS/ABS control unit.
Defective wheel sensors.
Defective unified meter and A/C amp.
