July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.

    Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported.

  2. Remove the front wheel and tire (A) from the front hub.

    Tightening torque  :

    107.9 - 127.5 N.m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf.m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb-ft)

    NOTE:
    • Be careful not to damage the hub bolts when removing the front wheel and tire (A).

  3. Loosen the bolt and then remove the wheel speed sensor (A).

    Tightening torque  :

    6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 - 8.0 lb-ft)

  4. Loosen the front wheel speed sensor cable bracket mounting bolt (A).

    Tightening torque  :

    6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 - 8.0 lb-ft)

  5. Remove the front wheel guard if necessary.
  6. Disconnect the connector (A) after removing the cable bracket fixed clip (B).
