Tailgate Lock Module Inspection
- Remove the trunk lid trim.
(Refer to "TRUNK LID TRIM ")
- Disconnect the connector from the actuator
- Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground as displayed in the image below. To prevent damage to the actuator, apply battery voltage only momentarily.
- Checking the trunk of the vehicle power option power refers to the trunk module.
