Control Circuit Inspection

Turn the ignition switch "OFF" & Disconnect HO2S (S1) connector.
Turn the ignition switch "ON" & ENG "OFF".
Measure the voltage between signal terminal of HO2S (S1) harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 3.5V
Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "Component Inspection ".
NO
- Repair relevant component (s) as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair ".
