Power Circuit Inspection
- IG KEY "OFF".
- Disconnect FPS connector.
- IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF".
- Measure the voltage between power terminal of FPS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx 5V
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "SIGNAL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Check for Open or Short to ground in FPS circuit. Repair as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
