IG KEY 'ON'.
Measure voltage between signal terminal of Fuel Level Sender 'A' connector and chassis ground. (Under connector connected condition)
Specification: 0.2 ~ 4.8 V (Fuel Tank no empty condition)

Is voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to next procedure.
NO
- Case 0V: Repair open in signal circuit and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure. Case 5V: Repair Short to battery in signal circuit and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
