Signal Circuit Inspection

System check 

1. Ignition "OFF" & Engine "OFF".
2. Measure resistance between "CAN HIGH" terminal and "CAN LOW" terminal of "Data link connector"

   Specification:  Approx. 60 ± 10Ω

3. Is measured resistance within specifications?

   YES 

   • Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage of ECM and then Repair or replace Resistance for CAN communication as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure

   NO 

   • Go to "CLUSTER CHECK" procedure.
