Manual Transaxle Shift Control System: Removal

Remove the upper cover (A) from the center console.

Remove the center console. (see INTERIOR )

Remove the snap pin (A) from the select cable and the clips (B).

Remove the clip (A) from the shift cable.

Remove the shift lever assembly (A).

Remove the retainer (A) and the nuts (B).

Remove the cable assembly from the transaxle. (see TRANSAXLE REMOVAL )
Remove the select and shift cable assemblies.
