Signal Circuit Inspection

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect "TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH" and "TCM (PCM)" connector.
Measure resistance between each terminals of the sensor harness to check for Short.
Specification: Infinite

Is resistance within specifications?
YES
- Refer to COMPONENT INSPECTION .
NO
- Check for Open in harness. Repair as necessary and refer to VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR .
