7. Check Intake Hose & Throttle Plate For Blockage

  1. Visually check the intake hose and throttle plate for blockage or carbon deposits.

Is the passage of the intake hose or the throttle plate blocked? 

No: Proceed with ECM problem procedure.

Yes: Clean or replace it.
