Stoplight Switch

Disconnect stoplight switch connector. Loosen stoplight switch lock nut. Turn stoplight switch until clearance between stoplight switch outer case and brake pedal arm is 0.02-0.039" (0.5-1.0 mm). Tighten stoplight switch lock nut to 115 INCH lbs. (13 N.m). Recheck clearance. Ensure brake pedal travel measured at pedal pad is 0.12-0.32" (3.0-8.0 mm).
