HARNESS INSPECTION PROCEDURES

SENSOR INSPECTION
1. Using the voltmeter, measure the sensor voltage.
2. Measure the voltage between the IAT sensor terminal 1 and 2.




3. If the voltage deviates from the standard value, replace the intake air temperature sensor assembly.

TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
Input from intake air temperature sensor is below 0.1V or above 4.8V when engine is in a full warm-up condition.
