Jet Air System (AIS)

Although the Jet Valve's operation may have a large influence on both the engines performance and emissions output, due to the nature of its design (as described in COMPONENT OPERATION in DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION) there are no testing procedures that can be performed without engine disassembly. There is an adjustment procedure to insure proper lash, refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.
