Installation Procedure

Install the recirculation actuator (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the screws to the recirculation actuator.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb ft).
Connect the electrical connector (3) to the recirculation actuator (2).
Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement (W/ Air Conditioning) or HVAC Module Assembly Replacement (Heating Only) .
