Removal Procedure

Raise and support the vehicle, high enough to access the top of the fuel tank through the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
Remove the left rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector (1).

Gently pull and/or pry in an upward motion, in order to remove the fuel tank pressure sensor from the fuel tank module.
