DTC P062F Traction Motor Control Module Internal Circuit EEPROM Error (60)
General Description
The drive motor control module (DMCM) in the motor control module stores control data to the electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). The DMCM compares the data input to and read out from the EEPROM, and when the data do not match, a malfunction is detected and a DTC is stored.
Monitor Execution, Sequence, Duration, DTC Type

Malfunction Threshold
The motor control module (DMCM) fails to input to or read out from the EEPROM.
Possible Cause
NOTE: The causes shown may not be a complete list of all potential problems, and it is possible that there may be other causes.
- Motor control module (DMCM) failure
Diagnosis Details
Conditions for setting the DTC
When a malfunction is detected, the POWER SYSTEM indicator comes on and a Pending DTC, a Confirmed DTC, and the freeze data are stored in the motor control module (DMCM) memory.
Conditions for clearing the DTC
The POWER SYSTEM indicator is cleared if the malfunction does not return in the next trip in which the diagnostic runs. The POWER SYSTEM indicator, the Pending DTC, the Confirmed DTC, and the freeze data can be cleared with the scan tool Clear command.
