DTC 2603: Display Diag. RAM

NOTE:
  • Check the vehicle battery condition first.
  • Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
  • Check for B-CAN DTCs and resolve them before troubleshooting.
  • Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION  .
  1. Clear the hard error code (see HOW TO CLEAR ERROR HISTORY  ).
  2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), then back to ON (II).
  3. Go into the Diagnostic Menu, and select the Unit Check in the Detail Information & Setting (see SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE  ).
  4. Check the Display test.

    Is the RAM NG? 

    YES  - Replace the navigation display unit (see NAVIGATION DISPLAY UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  ). ■

    NO  - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. ■
