ATF Temperature Sensor Test: Test

  1. ATF Temperature Sensor - Test
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Measure the resistance between shift solenoid wire harness 7P connector (A) terminals No. 5 and No. 6 for ATF temperature sensor.

      Standard: 50 Ω - 25 kΩ

      • If the resistance is out of the standard, replace the ATF temperature sensor and the solenoid wire harness.
NOTE: The ATF temperature sensor is not available separately from the shift solenoid wire harness.
      • If the resistance is within the standard, the test is complete.
    3. Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary, then connect the connector securely.
