Immobilizer Indicator Does Not Go Off (Lighting Pattern 5)

If the immobilizer indicator does not go off after the ignition switch is turned ON (II), check for a short to ground in the immobilizer circuit between the gauge control module and the immobilizer control unit-receiver (IMOLMP line).
