DTC P0A7E (72): Battery Module Overheating: General Description

The battery module temperature increases if the battery is overcharged, excessively drained, or short-circuited.

If the battery module temperature increases beyond a specified value, battery life can be adversely affected.

If the battery module temperature is a specified value or more for a set time or more, the motor control module (MCM) detects a malfunction in the battery module and a DTC is stored.
