Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve Replacement
- Remove the intake manifold cover (see step 5 under
REMOVAL
).
- Remove the air intake duct.
- Disconnect the hoses (A).

- Remove the intake air bypass control thermal valve (B).
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
Position the valve as shown.
