Draining & Refilling
- Ensure transaxle is at normal operating temperature (cooling fan comes on). Remove transaxle drain plug to drain fluid. Install NEW plug gasket. Tighten drain plug to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
.
- Add fluid through dipstick hole. Start engine. Move gear selector through all selector positions 3 times. Ensure each gear engages. With gear selector in "N" or "P", allow transaxle fluid warm to normal operating temperature. Turn engine off. Check fluid level. Add enough fluid to bring level to upper mark on dipstick.
