Master Switch Test

Remove power window master switch. See MASTER POWER WINDOW SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance of switch terminals with switch in indicated positions. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch. See Fig 1 . See appropriate POWER WINDOW SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST table.

(1) - Main switch position does not affect driver's switch operation.
