Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove door trim, if necessary. See DOOR TRIM. Gently pry switch housing from armrest or door trim. Ensure switch plate retaining clip is fully disengaged before removing switch plate. Gently pry switch from housing. To install, reverse removal procedure.
