July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Stator Test

  1. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between stator leads. Perform STEP 1. See Fig 1. If resistance is greater than 5 ohms between stator leads, replace stator.
  2. Check for continuity between stator leads and stator core. Perform STEP 2. See Fig 1. If continuity exists, replace stator.
