July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Control Pilot (CP) Signal Circuit Open Check

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect VCMS signal connector.
  3. Measure the resistance of both ends of the Control Pilot (CP) signal.

    Specification:  Approx. below 1Ω

    Multi tester (+) ↔ Multi tester (-)
    Charging terminal (Vehicle) CP ↔ CP VCMS signal terminal
  4. Is the measured value normal?

    YES 

    • Go to next procedure.

    NO
