Front Corner Radar: Removal

NOTE:

Read the specification information of the existing front corner radar before replacing it with a new one.

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Turn off the ignition switch and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
Remove the front bumper assembly.
(Refer to Body (Interior/Exterior/Electrical) - "FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY ")
Disconnect the front corner radar connector (A).

Remove the front corner radar (A) after removing the mounting screws.

Remove the front corner radar (A) in the direction of the arrow after press the fixing hook.

NOTE:

When removing the front corner radar, be careful not to damage the bracket.
If the bracket is deformed or damaged, the installed radar will not operate normally.

Information

If the radar/bracket/connector, etc. is damaged, replace the front corner radar assembly.
