July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Open Check

  1. Ignition switch is turned "OFF" and disconnect fuel pressure control valve (FPCV) connector.
  2. Ignition switch is turned "ON".
  3. Measure voltage between high/low terminal of fuel pressure control valve (FPCV) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  High - approx. 5V, Low - approx. 0V

  4. Is the measured voltage within specification?

    YES 

    NO
