| Enable Conditions |
- Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness is detected (Sensor tip temperature is greater than 680°C (1256 °F) or heater maximum heating or normal heating for 30 seconds)
- O2 sensor Forced stimulation is active
- P0420 (Catalyst Diagnosis) monitoring is active
- P0133 diagnosis is synchronized with P0420 monitor
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
