Removal Procedure

    With the aid of an assistant, remove the fascia. (1) Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (- SD0) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (SD0)

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (2)

  3. Release the 3 retaining tabs at the ambient air temperature gauge sensor bracket (1).

    Ambient Air Temperature Sensor (1) - Remove

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)

    Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

    Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Remove [8x]

    Pull the lower edge of the front bumper shutter outward and then pull down to clear the upper bolt tabs.

  9. Front Bumper Shutter (1) - Remove

    Charge Air Cooler Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  11. Auxiliary Radiator Bracket (2) - Remove
