Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  3. Side Object Sensing Alert Module Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
  4. Release the lower retaining tab.
    5. NOTE:

    The side obstacle detection control module will be attached to the rear parking assist alarm sensor bracket.

  5. Rear Parking Assist Alarm Sensor Bracket (2) - Remove
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  8. Side Obstacle Detection Control Module (2) - Remove
