Installation Procedure
- When installing the battery positive post clamp to the battery post, ensure the T-bolt (1) is correctly aligned and seated in the clamp (2).
- Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (1) - Install
- Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (2) - Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Wiring Harness (3) - Install [4x]
- Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (2) - Install and tighten [4x] 8 N.m (71 lb in)
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
- Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (5) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable (6) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable M8 Nut (4) @ Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block - Install and tighten [2x] 16 N.m (12 lb ft)
- Engine Wiring Harness (7) - Install [2x]
- Engine Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (3) @ Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- {If equipped} Body Wiring Harness (1) - Install
- {If equipped} Body Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (2) @ Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
