Installation Procedure

  1. GM4317920

    Fuel Tank Filler Hose (4) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (3) - Install and tighten 4 N.m (35 lb in)
  3. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Tie Strap (1) - Install NEW
  5. GM4317913

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  6. Tie Strap (1) - Install NEW (Qty: 2)
  7. GM4317904

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  8. Tie Strap (1) - Install NEW
  9. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing - Install - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement
  10. Rear Wheelhouse Liner - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
